Where do I pick up my WILL CALL tickets?
The Will Call booth is near the front door of THE BLACK BOX lobby. The booth generally opens 1 hour before the show and closes 1/2 hour after the event start time.
What time should I arrive?
The lobby will open 30 minutes before show time unless otherwise indicated.
What if I arrive late?
We make every effort to begin our performances on time. In consideration of our actors and other audience members, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management during a closed-door performance.
Does THE BLACK BOX have accessible seating?
THE BLACK BOX accommodates guests with disabilities. Guests who require assistance, a walker, or a wheelchair are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance and then call 508-528-3370 to reserve accessible seating. Handicap seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. At a minimum, based on availability, you will be permitted to purchase tickets for you and two guests beside you. Most shows are General Admission, so additional guests should arrive early to sit near our accessible seating.
Can I get reserved seating?

Does my child need a ticket?
FPAC and THE BLACK BOX welcome children and families to our performances; however, no persons under two years old are allowed if unable to remain quiet, attentive, and seated. All attendees must have a ticket – lap sitting is not permitted. At any event, anyone who interferes with the enjoyment of another individual at THE BLACK BOX may be asked to leave.
Are there service fees?
All tickets purchased online or by phone are subject to a Purple Pass Processing and Convenience Fee in addition to the advertised ticket price.

Do you offer Card to Culture discounts?
We are proud to participate in Mass Cultural Council’s Card to Culture program in collaboration with the Department of Transitional Assistance, the Department of Public Health’s WIC Nutrition Program, the Massachusetts Health Connector, and hundreds of cultural organizations across Massachusetts by making cultural programming accessible to those for whom cost is a participation barrier.
EBT/SUN Bucks, WIC, and ConnectorCare cardholders will receive a 50% discount for FPAC Season performances: musicals, plays, and holiday productions. Limit 2 per cardholder – maximum of 10 seats available per production. Redeem tickets at least one week prior by:
1) using the code CARD2CULTURE online and emailing a copy of your card to donations@fpaconline.com or
